About Me

I started my career in the 1990s in the IT field. I eventually moved on to Web Design and then Web Application Development. In the late 1990s and 2000s, I worked for 10+ years as a Full-stack Java Developer. In the 2010s, I started transitioning to Front-end Development using jQuery / Backbone, then Angular.js. For a number of years, I was an Angular (2+) specialist bringing multiple products from greenfield idea to realized product. I have recently transitioned to Nuxt / Vue as my preferred tech stack and I'm loving it's simplicity and scalability. I also plan to learn Svelte as it seems a solid choice for building apps. I have worked in larger teams, startups, managed small teams, and built products solo. I love what I do and I'd be interested in talking about how I can help make your vision a reality.

I champion the Linux desktop and I've been using it on all my computers since the late 2000s. It has inceased my development productivity, and helped me become more knowledgable of cloud server environments.

I'm a United States citizen. Living in the state of Massachusetts, 35 miles north of Boston on the MA/NH border town of Dracut. I've worked anywhere from Boston to southern NH and points in between.

I'm a proud father to my beautiful teenage daughter. I'm also having a great life with my childhood sweetheart.

I'm a music enthusist, and I have performed in various bands as a guitar player and drummer.
